This came in to the inbox today, and we thought it so fitting for why we are going to the South, we had to share it with you.

“If everyone who’s ever struggled to fit in moved to New York or California for an easier life, the rest of our country would become a wasteland of hatred and boredom. Living in the south is a non-stop adventure, but I’m not going anywhere. I am gay, I have light skin and freckles, I go to church, I take care of my family, I travel all over the world, and I always come back to little rock. I will not abandon my home, even when it abandons me. I want to be photographed because this is my self-evident truth.”
